Required Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to complete Universal Precautions Training Certification within 10 days of hire. Ability to complete Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training Certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to complete adult and pediatric CPR/first aid/AED including hands on training within 60 days of hire. Upon review, current certification may be deemed acceptable. Desired Qualifications Early Childhood Education coursework/degree. Experience in an early childhood group setting.
