As a Universal Worker you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our tenants. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Belle Haven Independent & Assisted Living by ensuring tenant's apartments and building is presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals to tenants. Also, assist with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned. Our tenants will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of living and care. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
