Hometown Inclusive Living LLC is hiring Direct Support Staff to support adults with intellectual disabilities in community based settings. This is hands on, purpose driven work where you help individuals build independence, confidence, and daily living skills. This role is a great fit for: College students studying psychology, social work, education, or human services Individuals interested in becoming an RBT or working in behavioral health Anyone looking for meaningful part time or full time work with growth potential You'll gain real world experience supporting individuals with higher support needs while working in a structured, team oriented environment. What You'll Do Support daily routines and skill development Assist with community activities and appointments Provide structure, encouragement, and supervision Follow individualized service plans Complete simple daily documentation Help create a safe and respectful environment What We're Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable and dependable Comfortable working one on one Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks No experience required. We provide training, including CPI based de escalation training.
