Wednesday and alternating Friday/Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm (West DSM) PT20: Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-8am and Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm (SS DSM and West DSM) PT20: Monday 9am-3pm, Tuesday 11am-6pm, Wednesday 9am-12pm, Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm and Friday 9:30am-4pm (Altoona, Ankney and East Side DSM) FT40: Monday 9am-6:30pm, Tuesday 9:30am-7pm, Thursday 9:30am-7pm and Saturday 10am-8pm (DSM, West DSM and Urbandale) HOURLY Department Works shorter, traditional hourly shifts, often evenings or weekends Typically, 2-6 hour shifts between hours of 9am-9pm Offers more flexible scheduling Designed for staff who prefer flexibility, part-time hours, or variable schedules No overnight shiftsBenefits:

Build relationships with the clients Plan outings that you will be present at for support Provide support to the clients with hobbies, studies, and social activities Read, write, and execute directions Charting and take notes Data entry, instant messaging, uploading documents Provide companionship and supportive listening Report changes in health and/or status of the client Respond to emergency situations Administer medication Transport clients to appointments Other duties as assigned Apply now! Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.Licenses/Requirements:
Valid Class C Iowa Driver's License. Proof of Automobile Insurance. Must pass required background checks. Access to a reliable computer and internet for documentation, or ability to travel to a location with access.Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and sensitivity while maintaining professional boundaries. Ability to follow detailed Individual Support Plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality. Work Environment- Client home and community including but not limited to medical providers, retail stores, outdoor recreation, and indoor recreation
