Job Description
The Pride Group is offering a $2000 Hiring Bonus! Our Le Mars location is hiring for direct care staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform required visual checks on all members
- Assist with daily activities including such as member cleaning, laundry, and assistance with personal hygiene as needed.
- Transport members with company van if outings are scheduled
- Responsible for some meal prep and snacks
- Completes documentation
- Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with member to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
- Clean Criminal Background and Driving record are required.
