$2000 Hiring Bonus! Day Hours are available! Under the supervision of a Team Leader, this position will assist our residents with mental illness that need 24- hour supervision. The Resident Assistants role is to assist/prompt residents to complete tasks such as activities of daily living and independence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pass medications correctly 2. Assist the residents in doing their laundry and other chores as needed. 3. Assist the residents with cooking, teaching the skills needed to complete the task. 4. Engage the residents in activities 5. Ensure safety by doing room checks during shift 6. Assist residents in getting to appointments •On the job training and promotions from within our company!

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent is required Driver license required Pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen required
