Job Description

SRX Home Care, LLC is looking for Experienced In-home Caregivers to provide attentive and compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with their daily activities to promote independence, safety, and wellbeing. Caregivers will perform a variety of tasks including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Our ideal candidates are dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide medication reminders and monitor client health and wellbeing. Offer companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities. Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or social events as needed. Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare professionals about any changes in condition. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in caregiving or related health services. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong interpersonal skills with compassion, patience, and reliability. Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
