  • Part-time SRX Home Care, LLC, operating under the Happier At Home brand, is seeking a dedicated Intermediate In-Home Health Care provider to deliver compassionate and professional healthcare services to clients in Northeast Iowa and surrounding areas.
This role involves assisting individuals with moderate healthcare needs, supporting their well-being, and helping them maintain independence within their homes. Responsibilities include providing personal care, administering medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and offering companionship. Join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality, personalized in-home health care services.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living tasks. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Administer medication reminders and monitor client health status. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social activities. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Document and report any changes in clients' health and wellbeing promptly to supervisors. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in home health care or related healthcare field. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with compassion and patience. Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols accurately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass background check and saliva drug screening.
