Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication transforms lives by providing personalized, high-quality care directly in clients' homes. This vital role offers the opportunity to support individuals across various stages of life and health conditions, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver essential assistance with daily activities, medication management, and emotional support, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes well-being and dignity. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental and emotional health. Medication reminders for our in home clients. Monitor clients' health status, report changes promptly to healthcare professionals, and follow prescribed care protocols. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, and meal preparation. Document record of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and consistent care delivery. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to adapt quickly in outpatient clinics or post-acute care settings while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.
