Role Summary Beyond mere tasks and checklists, an Angelic Angels caregiver is a revolutionary presence in the home. We treat every client as a whole person, ensuring their physical, social, and spiritual needs are met with excellence. We aren't just providing a service; we are improving a life. Key Responsibilities Your goal is to maintain a safe, healing environment through the following:
Personal Care & Hygiene:
Providing sensitive assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Mobility Support:
Assisting with walking, fall prevention, and safe transfers (e.g., bed to chair).Safety & Environment:
Conducting ongoing safety assessments (identifying hazards like poor lighting or rugs) and performing light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, and tidying).Transportation & Errands:
Assisting with grocery shopping and driving clients to vital medical appointments.Documentation:
Maintaining accurate daily logs of care provided and reporting any notable shifts in health or behavior.Compassionate Connection:
Providing social and psychological support through meaningful companionship and patient, empathetic interaction. Job Qualifications Physical & Age Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age .Physical Stamina:
Ability to frequently lift, pull, and push weight up to 50 lbs . Ability to stand, pivot, and assist with client transfers for extended periods.Communication:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to ensure safety and clear coordination with families and medical teams.Background Check:
Must successfully pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) background check.Transportation:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ethics:
A demonstrated ability to practice strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and agency policy.Core Values:
