Community Home Care LLC is an agency specializing in Personal Care, Attendant Care, and Homemaker Services. Staff responsibilities include Activities of Daily Living [ADL] assistance such as:

Eating and Meal Preparation, Toileting, Bathing, Personal Hygiene, and Dressing Mobility and Bed Transfers Laundry and Housework Shopping Primary Responsibilities:

Improving member quality of life ADL assistance and encouraging member independence Documentation of service through progress notes & electronic verification Completing a training & background check prior to service Things to

Scheduling is flexible and negotiable in a process involving members and staff. Performance is largely self-driven and encouraged through open communication with the agency and member. Agency support is available 8a-6p daily.
