We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A. Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a PRN Residential Technician to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, as needed, for our Bloomington, IL location.
Pay Range:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour , with additional shift differential for overnight hours. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Responsibilities- Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards
- Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
- Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities
- Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations
- Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)
- Valid driver's license and insurability required if transporting clients This part-time position includes eligibility for our retirement savings plan with company match, and employee assistance program.
