This rewarding position involves providing compassionate support to clients in their homes or community settings, assisting with daily activities, health monitoring, and ensuring their safety and comfort. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering exceptional care tailored to each individual's unique needs. Essential Duties Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist with walking, positioning, and transfers when permitted by the service plan. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriate. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. Provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and emotional support. Assist with shopping, errands, and approved transportation. Provide medication reminders without administering medications. Observe the client's condition and promptly report changes to the supervisor. Document all services accurately after each visit. Maintain client confidentiality and respect client rights. Follow infection-control, emergency, safety, and abuse-reporting procedures. Notify the agency about missed visits, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
