Full-Time | Home Instead® Take the Next Step in Your Caregiving Career Are you an experienced caregiver ready to use your skills to teach, lead, and support other caregivers ? Home Instead is looking for a Caregiver Team Lead - Care & Management with 5+ years of hands-on caregiving experience and strong experience working with older adults and ADLs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will train and coach Caregivers, support quality client care, participate in client visits, help address care concerns, and work with the office team to ensure clients receive safe, compassionate, personalized care. What You'll Do Train and coach Caregivers in ADLs, personal care, mobility, transfers, dementia care, safety, and companionship . Observe caregivers and provide hands-on coaching and constructive feedback . Reinforce client-specific care plans, routines, and safety needs . Participate in client visits and help monitor care quality and changing client needs . Build positive relationships with clients and families. Communicate client or caregiver concerns to the appropriate team members. Help resolve care-related issues with empathy and professionalism . Support caregiver introductions, transitions, and ongoing care needs. Work closely with the office team to promote quality, consistency, and excellent client service . Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and care standards. Required 5+ years of hands-on caregiving experience with older adults and ADLs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management software . Experience training, mentoring, supervising, or leading caregivers . Strong knowledge of personal care, mobility, transfers, dementia care, safety, and companionship . Ability to teach, coach, and provide constructive feedback . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with care documentation, service plans, and quality assurance . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
