A Caregiver or Personal Care Aide provides non-medical care for adults, including elderly and disabled people, typically in their own homes. Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Provide safe mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Offer medication reminders (non-medical) Observe and report changes in a client's condition Complete visit documentation using our mobile care app Follow each client's individualized care plan while treating every client with dignity and respect
Requirements:
Compassionate, dependable, and professional Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to pass required background screenings Eligible to work in the United States Comfortable providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, transfers, and incontinence care Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation Willing to travel to client homes in the Dwight area Availability to work evening shifts and at least every other weekend
Qualifications:
Experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant, CNA, Home Health Aide, or in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting is preferred but not required. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training for compassionate individuals who are eager to learn.
