In-Home Care Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Homemaker to provide in-home support services to clients. The Homemaker will assist clients with household tasks and routine activities that help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while promoting independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform light housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning. Assist with laundry, folding, and organizing clothing and household items. Change and make beds and maintain a clean and orderly living environment. Assist with meal planning and preparation according to the client's needs. Assist with grocery shopping and other essential household errands as assigned. Provide companionship and social support. Assist clients with maintaining their daily routines. Report changes in the client's condition, safety concerns, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor. Follow the client's individualized service plan and company policies. Maintain client confidentiality, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow all applicable safety procedures and agency requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in homemaker services, home care, housekeeping, caregiving, or a related field preferred. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Ability to work independently in a client's home. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and respectful approach when working with clients. Ability to perform light housekeeping and household tasks. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet applicable employment requirements.
