Anytime Home Care is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to seniors and adults in need. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Bilingual Supervisor to join our team! No prior home care experience required — we will train the right person. If you have strong communication skills, a great personality, and love helping people, this is a perfect opportunity to build a career in the healthcare field. ⸻
Responsibilities:
Communicate with caregivers and clients daily (phone, text, email) Schedule caregiver shifts and maintain weekly schedules Support caregivers with questions or concerns Assist with hiring, onboarding, and paperwork Provide excellent customer service to clients and families Help ensure smooth daily office operations ⸻
Requirements:
Bilingual (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional behavior Friendly, organized, and reliable Basic computer skills (email, texting, Google/Excel) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ⸻
