Young at Heart is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides, Caregivers, and CNAs to provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in the comfort of their own homes located in Oak Park, La Grange, Riverside, Lyons and the surrounding communities. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support while assisting with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and other daily living activities based on each client's individual care needs. We are seeking candidates with consistent weekday availability for day and evening shifts. We are currently looking for candidates with some or all of the following availability: Monday-Friday 8:00am--6:00pm Wednesday and Sunday 4:00pm-9:30pm Weekdays (2 days a week can be flexible in which days) 2:00pm -9:00pm We are open to considering candidates with differing availability dependent on current client and staffing needs. Consistent weekend availability is a plus and may provide opportunities for additional hours. • We do require candidates to have availability of one weekend per month (within the availability provided) to assist with in-home care shifts. This part-time position offers consistent weekly client assignments, with opportunities for additional hours in the full-time range based on your availability, travel radius, and client needs. Additional hours may be available for caregivers who are open to split shifts and multiple client assignments. Experience providing care for individuals living with dementia or memory loss is strongly preferred. We are seeking patient, compassionate caregivers committed to providing quality care. Pass an IDPH criminal background clearance/fingerprinting Be compassionate, friendly, and reliable
