Duties/Skills Compassionate, caring, and patient demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, dependable, and punctual Ability to work independently and follow care plans Strong observation and reporting skills Respect for client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ability to provide companionship and emotional support Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Meal preparation and light housekeeping skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with chronic conditions preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Proven experience working with seniors.
