We work very closely with both client and caregiver to ensure this transition is a successful match. Our caregivers help our clients meet their daily needs and allows our clients to maintain their independence at home. We are seeking individuals interested in caring for the elderly community - in the Naperville, Plainfield, Joliet, Shorewood and surrounding areas to provide personal care and general household assistance to our clients under the supervision of Integrity Senior Care. For our Naperville client, it is needed for Tuesday's and Friday's 9am-1pm - must be able to drive to errands. Days and hours are flexible in other locations.
Our caregivers receive:

Key responsibilities include : Planning and preparing meals and snacks according to specific dietary requirements of the client. Wash dishes and clean kitchen. Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment through light housekeeping including changing bed linens, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, and assisting with laundry. Providing companionship and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments. Grocery shopping or other errands when needed. Assisting with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, showering and dressing. Qualifications A employee must have a satisfactory work record, with experience as a caregiver preferred. Integrity Senior Care must be able to verify work and personal references and caregiver must complete the agency's employment process. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position. Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the need for patient confidentiality. Must be able to communicate with client and carry out instructions. Must be able to follow direction and accurately report to the Care Coordinator any change in client's condition. Must maintain current credentials, including valid driver's license, proof of valid vehicle insurance, ability to pass background, and fingerprinting. Must attend ongoing training when offered.
