Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic (SPANISH
SPEAKING
) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional support in a variety of settings. As a key member of our team, you will assist with a wide range of responsibilities including caregiving, hospitality, and household management. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a lively, supportive environment. Duties Provide compassionate childcare and caregiving support, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and seniors alike Assist with cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and space optimization to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment Organize materials, move furniture or belongings as needed, and assist with packing or unpacking during relocations or travel preparations Drive clients safely using scheduling software to coordinate appointments, errands, or outings Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service Support hospitality functions by managing client interactions, organizing events, or assisting with property management tasks Requirements Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills in English Prior experience in caregiving, childcare, hospitality, or property management preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of cooking, cleaning, sanitation practices, and residential cleaning techniques Ability to operate driving vehicles safely and confidently Familiarity with scheduling software and client communication tools Experience working with seniors or providing personal assistance is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude Join us if you're ready to bring your energy, organizational talent, and passion for service into a rewarding role that makes a real difference!
Pay:
$18.75 - $20.00 per hour
