Job Description

Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day — Flexible Hours, Competitive Pay & Rewarding Care Renewal Memory Partners is seeking compassionate and dependable Care Partners to provide in-home support for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease in the Chicago area.
Flexible scheduling:
Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, including weekdays and weekends.
Location preference:
Candidates should live on Chicago's North Side or in the north/northwest suburbs.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Specialized experience:
Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is preferred.
