Job Description
Duties:
TMJ HOME CARE IS LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS IN THE COUNTIES LISTED BELOW APPLY IF WANT TO WORK IN THESE COUNTIES

46307,47164,47516,46723,47102,47804,47303 AND 47834)- Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with catheter care and other medical equipment/systems is beneficial
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
