Job Description

Duties:
TMJ HOME CARE IS LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS IN THE COUNTIES LISTED BELOW APPLY IF WANT TO WORK IN THESE COUNTIES

  • Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with catheter care and other medical equipment/systems is beneficial
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
