Responsibilities Assist with light housekeeping mainly in the living room and decluttering Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members promptly Follow care plans meticulously, documenting services provided and client progress accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times Qualifications Prior experience in home care or related fields preferred; experience with diverse populations including geriatrics is highly valued Familiarity with emergency response protocols and the ability to handle urgent situations effectively Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while demonstrating flexibility in adapting to individual needs Valid driver's license and or reliable transportation are often required for travel between client homes Join us in providing compassionate, professional in-home care that transforms lives!
