Flexible scheduling available About Us Family First Attendant Care LLC is a new and growing Indiana Medicaid waiver provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in their homes and communities. We provide Attendant Care and Home and Community Assistance services to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are currently accepting applications for caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a new and expanding company, applications will be used to establish an active hiring list. Positions will be offered as client needs, staffing demands, and service areas continue to grow.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Assisting participants with activities authorized under their care plan Providing companionship and supervision Meal planning and meal preparation Light housekeeping and household assistance Laundry and linen changes Assisting with errands and community integration activities Assisting with transportation to non-medical community activities when authorized Monitoring participant well-being and reporting concerns Maintaining accurate documentation and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records Following all participant rights, confidentiality, and agency policies Attendant Care services may include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) when authorized under the participant's care plan. Home and Community Assistance services may include instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) and community support services.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
Caregiving, home health, DSP, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and professionally Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Ability to pass required background screening requirements Requirements Applicants must be willing to obtain the following as a condition of employment: Tuberculosis (TB) test/screening CPR certification Required criminal background checks and registry screenings Family First Attendant Care LLC will reimburse employees for approved TB testing, CPR certification, and required background check costs after successful completion of ninety (90) days of employment in good standing. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
