This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care. Working Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm with rotating Saturdays, you will be a vital part of creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents and clients. Responsibilities Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; report any concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist during meal times Remind clients to take medication Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and state regulations Run Errands Experience Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home health care environments preferred Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, or hospice care is highly valued Hands-on experience with patient observation, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in healthcare settings Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for resident transfers or mobility assistance Certification in CPR This role offers an inspiring opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while making a positive impact on the lives of others.
