Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of daily care and companionship. This vital role involves helping clients maintain their independence, ensuring their safety, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration Provide companionship by engaging in meaningful conversations, recreational activities, or light outings to foster emotional well-being Support medication management by reminding clients of medication schedules and assisting with proper administration when needed Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, tidying living spaces, and organizing personal belongings to maintain a clean environment Monitor clients' health status, observe changes, and communicate any concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals Maintain detailed records of care provided, activities performed, and any incidents or observations during shifts Requirements Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients of diverse backgrounds Prior experience in caregiving or personal assistance preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately while maintaining flexibility for individual needs Physical stamina to assist with mobility tasks such as transferring or repositioning clients safely Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and document care activities thoroughly Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent support with a positive attitude Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certification upon hire is expected Join our team and become an essential part of a caring community dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate support.
