Our mission is to help individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life through personalized, respectful care.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, hoyer lift Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a safe home environment Assist with mobility support such as walking, transferring, or repositioning Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, or social activities Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to support and carry out personalized care plans Monitor client's condition and report any changes to the appropriate parties
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal) Strong communication and time-management skills Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate Must pass background check and meet state requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Why Join AWG Homecare Solutions?
