PRN Caregiver Absolute Caregiving LLC Indianapolis, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification Patient transfer methods High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Caregivers to join our team at Absolute Caregiving. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others. As a PRN Caregiver, you will provide flexible, on-demand assistance to individuals in need of support, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers, including walking, repositioning, and use of assistive devices. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up. Monitor and document client health status, including reporting any changes to the care coordinator. Assist with medication reminders and other non-medical tasks as assigned. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred. Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift and assist with physical tasks, such as transfers and mobility. Background check and references required.
