Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and patient Live-In Caregiver to support two adults with intellectual and developmental disability. This is more than a job—it is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of two individuals with unique personalities and care needs. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply committed to person-centered care, emotionally grounded, and capable of providing both structure and empathy in a dynamic home environment. Key Responsibilities Provide live-in support and companionship to two aduls Foster a safe, respectful, and structured home environment. Assist with daily routines, including hygiene, personal care, medication reminders, and household tasks. Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with residents, considering dietary needs and preferences. Encourage participation in diverse activities and provide prompts to explore new interests Accompany residents on community outings (e.g., church, Special Olympics, shopping, recreation). Support emotional regulation and model positive behavior during moments of distress. Maintain a clean, organized living space and participate in weekday activities Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time. Collaborate with other caregivers and the SHARE Foundation to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
