Home Care Sales Clinical Liaison Join the Firefly Home Care Team! We provide in-home caregiving and support services to help people in our community remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Sales Clinical Liaison , you will play a crucial role in growing our referral network and guiding families through their home care journey. About the Role As a seasoned sales professional with a passion for helping others, you will build and maintain a network of high-potential referral sources, cultivate strong professional relationships, and provide exceptional client service.

You will be responsible for:

Referral Network Development :

Building and managing a network of referral sources, identifying and developing new relationships within the healthcare community, and maintaining accurate contact records.

Relationship Building & Networking :

Cultivating strong professional relationships through consistent outreach, attending networking events, and representing Firefly Home Care in the community.

Client Intake & Assessments :

Responding to client inquiries, conducting in-home assessments, securing signed service agreements, and initiating care plans.

Care Coordination & Retention :

Collaborating with internal teams, conducting hospital visits, and completing follow-ups to ensure a smooth start of care and high client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For Required:

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Preferred:

3+ years of healthcare sales experience Active healthcare license (RN, OT, PT, NP, PA, etc.) Key Skills for Success Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and negotiate effectively Self-motivated with high accountability Resilient, goal-oriented, and adaptable Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
