Direct Support Professional (DSP) The Mission of Radiant Homecare is to provide safe, high quality care in the home that is tailored to each client's individual health and personal needs. Our goal is to have a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and their families, and enable them to make informed choices to improve their lives. We are currently seeking to have Direct Support Professionals join our team. Please see qualifications before applying. Job Responsibilities

Performs House Keeping which includes (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
Prepares meals and snacks.
Provides companionship for the client.
Medication administration (as needed)
Willingness to provide compassionate care and personal care
Comfortable with an informal workplace Minimum Job Qualifications
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of age
