This position is ideal for experienced caregivers who enjoy variety and can confidently step in to support multiple clients as needs change. Float team members provide coverage for call-ins, vacations, and open shifts—no permanent client assignment— offering meaningful work with residents who truly appreciate you. Available Schedules Morning Float Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Afternoon Float Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Applicants must be available for the entire shift block they are applying for.
