Home Instead in New Albany is hiring two experienced, dependable, positive team members who enjoy variety and love being where they're needed most. This unique position combines office support, scheduling assistance, every-other-weekend on-call coordination, and hands-on caregiving to help seniors remain safe and independent at home. One moment, you may be answering phones and helping solve a scheduling challenge. Next, you may be supporting a caregiver, assisting a family, or providing hands-on care to a senior who needs you.

Part-Time, 30

Hours/Week Pay:

$20 an hour + on-call stipend This position includes a rotating mix of office shifts and every-other-weekend on-call responsibilities. Additional caregiving hours may be available for those seeking more hours.

Location:

New Albany, IN You'll Wear a Few Different Hats Answer phones and assist clients, families, and caregivers Support scheduling and daily office operations using multiple computer systems Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff Assist with every-other-weekend on-call coverage Step in to provide caregiver support when needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors, including working with clients living with Alzheimer's or dementia Must be comfortable providing personal care to males and females and working with a variety of clients and home environments, including homes with pets, heavy smokers, and locations in our service territory Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Previous office, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why You'll Love It No two days are the same PTO and on-call bonuses Additional caregiving hours available for those wanting more hours Growth opportunities Supportive, locally owned team Meaningful work serving seniors and families If you're organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you.
