Pay & Benefits $15-$17 per hour Same-day pay available Bonus opportunities & overtime Flexible schedules ( full-time, part-time, PRN ) Paid orientation & hands-on training 1:1 client care (no facility burnout) Supportive team & positive company culture What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming) Help with Instrumental ADLs (IADLs) (meal prep, light housekeeping) Medication reminders Provide reliable transportation to client homes Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity What You'll Need Valid driver's license , auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Preferred (not required): Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, Personal Care Aide, or similar role Why Firefly Home Care?
