Direct Care Worker Weekend & Weekday Night Shifts (Residential Group Home)

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to support individuals in a residential group home setting. We are currently hiring staff for weekend shifts as well as weekday overnight shifts. This position is ideal for candidates looking for flexible scheduling, supplemental income, or overnight work opportunities.

AM Weekday Overnight Shifts Available:

• 6:30 AM Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals) Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and structured home environment Follow care plans and document daily activities Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior Support residents with routines and community activities Requirements High school diploma or GED required Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Reliable, patient, and compassionate Ability to pass background check Valid driver's license preferred
