We pay you for using your personal vehicle for errand-running & trips between customers Advancement opportunities All training provided What you will do as a Homecare Attendant Create wonderful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, & errands Take customers to appointments (using a company car) Personal care services We've got you covered! Mobile apps for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, & pay information. •Must work a minimum of 20 hrs/wk to accrue leave •Must work a minimum of 30 hrs/wk to be eligible for benefits Requirements Be at least 18 years old Demonstrate the ability to communicate well both in writing and orally Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member Demonstrate ability to adapt to a variety of circumstances, situations, and people Be available to work various shifts Meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles Have basic computer knowledge High school diploma or GED preferred Maintain a valid Kansas driver's license
