We are currently seeking Full-time Youth Care Workers to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment team. If you are 21 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent , you're already on your way. We'll teach you everything else you need to know. What a Day Looks Like as a Youth Care Worker I Every day brings opportunities to make a difference. As a Youth Care Worker I, you will: Start the day by greeting residents and setting a positive, encouraging tone Lead engaging activities—from group discussions to creative projects Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure Your role is more than supervision—it's about being a steady, supportive presence in a young person's life.
