Job Description
Stop selling widgets. Start selling peace of mind. Every day, families in your community are searching for someone they can trust to help care for the people they love most. We need a driven, relentless sales professional who can find those families, earn their trust, and close the deal — fast. If you're the kind of person who hunts for referral sources before your coffee gets cold, who treats every \"no\" as a \"not yet,\" and who measures success in signed care agreements — we want to talk to you. What You'll Own Hunt new business daily. Build and work a pipeline of hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior living communities, and elder law attorneys who refer clients to home care. Close deals. Convert leads into signed clients through in-person meetings, phone outreach, and relentless follow-up. Grow your network. Attend community events, health fairs, and networking groups to keep your pipeline full. Report your numbers. Track activity and results — calls, meetings, referrals, closes — and hit aggressive monthly targets. What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience (healthcare, senior services, or B2B referral-based sales strongly preferred) A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas Thick skin, high energy, and the drive to make one more call at 4:55 on a Friday Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable with a metrics-driven, performance-based culture Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Bachelor's degree preferred, not required — we care about results Why This Role A recession-resistant industry — the demand for home care isn't slowing down Real autonomy — run the territories like it's your own business A mission you can sell with conviction — you're not pushing a product, you're helping families find care they can trust Fast-moving team — we make decisions quickly and reward performance, not tenure The Bottom Line We don't need another order-taker. We need a hunter who can build referral relationships, close business, and grow a territory like it's theirs. If that's you, prove it
