Visiting Angels is excited to add to our team. We are looking for compassionate, caring, flexible, an reliable Caregivers who love to work with the elderly in their homes. This caregivers position is very satisfying and rewarding, cause we know that we have provided high quality assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. If you feel you are the right candidate please apply. Hiring for all shifts, flexible schedules available Responsibilities Assistance with self administration of medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene if needed Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop as needed Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergenc Skills Experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking Willingness to adhere to safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
