Position Overview:
This role is best suited for caregivers who value consistency, independence, and taking ownership of their work. You'll provide one-on-one care in a client's home, building real relationships and maintaining a steady routine. This is a calm, structured environment—not a facility—and we keep things simple with clear expectations and consistent schedules so you can focus on providing quality care. We trust our caregivers to work independently and show up for their clients. At the same time, our office team is supportive, responsive, and available when needed—creating a close-knit environment where caregivers are respected and backed by a reliable team. This position is a strong fit for someone who: Takes pride in being dependable and showing up consistently Communicates clearly and handles responsibilities without constant supervision Wants stable, meaningful work without unnecessary confusion or micromanagement. Pay & Opportunities:
Pay Range:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Base Pay:
$10.00/hour
Certified CNA:
$11.00/hour Opportunities for consistent hours and additional shifts

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License or State ID Ability to pass a Louisiana Statewide background check Dependable and consistent attendance Ability to work independently in a client's home
