Job Description The Alcohol Compliance Event Day Support Intern is responsible for supporting Aramark's alcohol service compliance program during LSU athletic events and special events. This role helps ensure all alcoholic beverage sales and service operations meet company policies, LSU regulations, state laws, and responsible alcohol service standards. The position works closely with concessions managers, supervisors, and event staff to promote a safe and enjoyable guest experience while reducing compliance risks. Additionally, assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker is responsible f Job Responsibilities Alcohol Compliance Walks Ensure staff has appropriate Alcohol Compliance licenses Ensure staff is following Alcohol Compliance Guidelines Complete Alcohol Compliance paperwork for each event. Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes). Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager whenever his/her skill and/or experience would be vital to initiate, coordinate, or complete any given program.- Must fill in for absent employees at location, as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time.
- Be able to work occasional night and weekend catered events.
- Attend food service meetings with staff.
- Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc).
- May perform cashier duties as the need arises.

- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
