As a Direct Service Worker, you will provide hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental, emotional, or behavioral challenges in a group home setting. You'll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, ensure safety, and support personal growth for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist with hygiene, meals, and medication reminders Implement individualized care plans and behavioral supports Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and activities Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports Foster a supportive, respectful, and structured environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background and drug screening Experience preferred but not required - training provided!
