•We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Pros to join our team in providing exceptional support to seniors and individuals in need of assistance. As a Care Pro, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in various settings, including retirement homes, personal care homes, and group homes. Your expertise in caregiving will ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs. Duties Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with daily living activities and promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as necessary. Support clients with dementia care by utilizing effective communication techniques and patience. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a collaborative approach to care. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills. Experience Previous experience in senior care, home community care, or direct support roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with caregiving practices related to dementia care and vital sign monitoring is advantageous. A compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for building rapport with clients. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team within various care environments such as retirement homes or group homes. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to all health and safety regulations. You must have a reliable form of transportation. Also, you must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Pay:
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
