Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices.
