Our staff is our greatest asset. We provide a collaborative environment that fosters your ongoing professional development. Job Responsibilities As a CNA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver, you will deliver high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs. Assisting in the implementation of personalized patient care plans. Delivering compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes. Qualifications & Requirements To ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations and job board standards, applicants must meet the following:
Certification:
Current Massachusetts CNA certification OR verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
Skills:
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
