This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families build stability, strengthen relationships, and access the resources they need to thrive. The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference.... Function as part of a team Provide information and educational resources to Family Members Assist families in identifying local resources to meet individual family needs Host parent and Youth Support groups Must have flexibility in job schedule to meet operation hours of the FRC; ability to work afternoon/evening hours Driving is required
Schedule:

- Experience working with educational systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Additional languages are desirable
