As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This client who is in need of care lives in Springfield . He needs assistance with some personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. This client is looking for care every Monday 9am-5pm and Saturday 12pm-8pm . Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of lifting techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
