Job Description HomeCare Hands 24/7 Care At Home is looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working drivers. Drivers are responsible for transporting clients and caregivers . The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed!

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have proof of registration and active car insurance policy Must be able to pass drug screening and background check Must have own vehicle, in good condition inside/out. Must ensure the car is clean and comfortable for all riders, schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues, book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car Must be able to read and write English in order to comply with driving laws and company safety standards, Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions & Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed Ensure competence in communication skills; Be able to collaborate effectively with the administrative team, caregivers, and clients. Be able to map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip, Assist clients with loading and unloading their mobility & medical equipment & follow a schedule Maintain professional appearance and demeanor - which may include HCH Uniform. Be willing to have temporary identification/advertisement for business on vehicle such as magnetic or static decals
