Competitive hourly rate:

Position Summary The Elms Assisted Living at The Briarwood Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our resident care team. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to support residents in a welcoming, mission-driven assisted living community.

Full-Time Salary Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule:
7am - 3 pm Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support residents with breakfast and morning routines. Monitor resident health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Foster respectful, compassionate interactions with residents, families, and team members. Document care and support provided in accordance with facility protocols. Qualifications Current Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification in good standing. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and care team members. Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred but not required. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
